Hair loss is a completely natural process present in each of us. Hair falls out to be replaced by new ones, but although it is not uncommon, it is an unpleasant phenomenon.

How to prevent hair loss?
1. Watch your diet
Food replaces the necessary nutrients that allow hair to grow better and be healthier and stronger. Try to choose fresh foods that contain vitamin B, iron, niacin and omega three fatty acids, and avoid sugar, fast food, alcohol and white flour.
2. Live a healthier lifestyle
Although it is difficult to find a person who is not affected by stress today, it is important to know that increased exposure to stress can affect hair loss. When combined with an unhealthy lifestyle and excessive alcohol consumption and smoking, hair loss is not a surprising reaction of our body.
3. Include hair oils in your routine
Oils, especially essential oils, have scalp stimulating properties and anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and antibacterial properties. Using scalp massage oils will stimulate circulation and prepare the scalp for healthy hair growth. We definitely recommend this whenever you have time, and before you start washing your hair, you can warm it up a bit to make it easier to work with them, then pour it on your scalp and massage for at least five minutes. Leave the oil on your hair for an hour or two to soak it in well, then wash your hair.
5. Choose natural hair care products
Proper hair care with appropriate products will contribute to hair growth and health. Why does this matter? Namely, if you wash your hair with shampoos full of harsh sulfates and alcohol, you deprive the scalp of natural oils and it will become irritated, and if you put conditioners and masks with silicone on such scalp, you make the hair heavier and close the pores, which makes hair weaker.
We add hair mousses or gels full of alcohol to this and long-term use of this combination results in increased hair loss.
On the other hand, products of natural origin contain natural oils and nourishing ingredients and their main task is to promote the nature of hair and scalp protection, which is the basis for healthy hair growth.
