DELIVERY WITHIN HR

  • The delivery price will be indicated to you when completing the purchase in your cart. The same depends on the weight of the product. Packages up to 2 kg in weight are delivered in the amount of HRK 32.00.
  • If you pay by cash on delivery, an additional cost of HRK 4.00 will be charged
  • Delivery is free above the amount of HRK 500.00 for domestic shipments.
  • Delivery of the package is done within 24-72 hours of the order.

    INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • Delivery costs for EU member states are from 75-165 kn.
  • Delivery for BiH, Serbia and Montenegro is from 82-260 kn and is done through the Croatian Post.

  • Packages are sent on weekdays within 24-72 hours of payment visibility.
REGISTRATION

In order to make a purchase on the web shop, registration is not required. It is only necessary to leave a valid e-mail address (the one you have access to) in the first step of the checkout process, so that after entering the data required for delivery, it will be possible to send you an order confirmation.

If you do not want to enter the delivery address and payment information each time you make a purchase, a quick registration is recommended. It is only necessary to enter a valid e-mail address, personal data (name, surname, address, postal code, place, telephone number) and the password used to access the user account. REPLACEMENT AND RETURN OF GOODS

In the event of unilateral termination of the contract, we will act in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and the Civil Obligations Act. The buyer must return the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day when he stated the unilateral termination of the contract.

Pursuant to Article 77, paragraph 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer is responsible for any impairment of the value of the purchased product as a result of handling the purchased product. The returned product must be in the original packaging, undamaged, in the same quantity and accompanied by a copy of the invoice. If the customer received a gift when ordering, the undamaged and unopened gift must also be returned in its original packaging. The package must be sent by registered mail.

After we receive the completed form for unilateral termination of the contract, we will send you the delivery address and the return form to be printed and attached within the shipment.

COMPLAINTS

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the customer has the right to complain. A complaint is considered valid if it meets the conditions for a complaint in accordance with the Civil Obligations Act and the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer is obliged to return the product to the seller within the agreed time to the agreed address. The seller is obliged to replace the product or return the entire amount paid within 14 days of receiving a valid complaint to the buyer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

If the order has already been sent, the buyer is not obliged to pick up the package with the ordered products. Refunds will be made within five business days.

OBSERVATIONS AND OBJECTIONS

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer can submit a written complaint to the seller at info@mashala.hr. We will respond to all your comments and objections as soon as possible.

OUT-OF-COURT SETTLEMENT OF CONSUMER DISPUTES

In the event of a dispute between the Buyer and the Seller, an application may be submitted to the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, the Court of Honor of the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts or a proposal for conciliation at conciliation centers. Proceedings before the Courts of Honor are conducted in accordance with the Rules of the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the Rules of the Court of Honor at the Croatian Chamber of Trades and Crafts, which stipulate that members of the councils Conciliation before conciliation centers is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Conciliation Act, and in accordance with the Ordinance on Conciliation of Conciliation Centers. All prices in the mashala.eu store are expressed in kunas (HRK / kn) and in Euros (EUR) and do not include value added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are not included in the price of the product except in situations where the order is above a predefined amount.
