Delivery of packages within the Republic of Croatia is between 24 and 48 hours. If you ordered the package before or during the weekend, then count on the package to arrive on Tuesday / Wednesday within the Republic of Croatia.
Delivery outside the Republic of Croatia can take 5-10 working days.
If you have ordered the wrong product by mistake, we will be happy to replace it if you have not opened and used it.
Opened and / or used products CANNOT be replaced. Applies to all our products including textiles.

If you are not satisfied with the purchased product, unfortunately you cannot make a refund and we do not refund the money if the product is opened and / or used. You purchase products at your own risk and please read the description of each product in detail before purchasing.
If you have received a damaged product, please do not open it and immediately send an inquiry to our e-mail address [email protected] If you open the product Mashala will not make a refund or exchange.
The shipping address can be changed by sending us an email with the correct address, only if your order has not yet been sent. Once you have received an email from the GLS service that the package has been delivered, then it is no longer possible to change the delivery address with us; but you can, when the courier contacts you to make the delivery, ask him to bring the package to the desired address.

You can cancel your order only before your order is sent (for which you will be notified) by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number.

When buying, we advise you to choose the characteristics of your hair and choose products accordingly.
